The Castle
Barnes, London
Project Description
This was a characterful two-bedroom apartment in a period property in need of modernisation throughout! The previous owner had lived in this property for 30 years, untouched.
When we were issued with a set of keys, we commissioned our Interior Designer to come up with a scheme & electrical plans to carry out a full refurbishment with a relaxing taupe & grey colour scheme, and to make this luxurious for the end user for either the Sales or Rental Market.
This included a new re-modelling of the master bedroom to create an en-suite shower room which included a ‘Warm Wall’ for hanging towels to space save, and not having a towel radiator. We created new walls and enlarged the family bathroom. The project was taken back to its core and finished to a high specification.
This was an investment property purchased by Wayout Property Group.
