We won a Best Small Renovation Project award in June 2021 from the Federation of Master Builders.

- Loft steels and loft roof is now on and water tight
- All walls have been fitted
- Plastering has commenced
- Finishes have started to be installed

- All Steel Works have now been completed. The Loft / Bedroom 3 is taking Shape and Roof started to be closed.
- Rear of Property – Bed 1, 2 & Bathroom have all been plastered and 1st cost of Paint applied.
- Materials, and Specification for Kitchen are now on site awaiting fittingFirst Fix Plumbing and Electrics to 1st Floor are now complete.
